Sarah Baldock was born in England and was a music scholar
at St Paulís Girls School in London and an organ scholar at Pembroke College,
Cambridge. During 1993-1997, she studied organ with David Sanger, She has a B.A. in music
(Cantab), and received her ARCO in 1995, winning the Limpus, Shinn, Durrant and Read
prizes, and her FRCO in 1997 winning the Harding and Durrant prizes.
Ms Baldock was organ soloist for the Youth Makes Music
Festival at Fairfield Hall, Croydon, in 1992. In 1992, 1993 and 1994 she was a prize
winner at the Oundle International Organ Festival. She won the Daphne Braggins prize of
the Royal College of Organists in 1995.
Over the past four years, Ms Baldock has played more than
25 recitals throughout the UK including London, Cambridge, Oxford , Bournemouth and
Sussex, as well as in Ireland and Canada. She has also performed with the Hanover Band,
the Milton Keynes Chamber Orchestra and the Britten Sinfonia. In 1998, she recorded a solo

School in Kent, and is currently assistant organist and director of the girlís choir
and Winchester Cathedral.
